میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ پچھلے زمانے میں تین لوگ سفر پر ایک ساتھ نکلے، چلتے چلتے رات ہوگئی تو ان لوگوں نے پاس کے ایک غار میں رات بسر کرنے کا ارادہ کیا، جیسے ہی وہ لوگ غار میں داخل ہوئے اوپر پہاڑ سے ایک چٹان گری اور غار کا منھ بند ہوگیا اور پورے غار میں گھٹا ٹوپ اندھیرا چھا گیا، اچانک یہ حادثہ پیش آنے کی وجہ سے تینوں کی جان پر آپڑی، ان کوموت اپنے سامنے نظر آنے لگی، ظاہر سی بات ہے تھی کہ اس پہاڑ جیسی چٹان کو ہٹانا ان کے لیے ناممکن تھا، تینوں نے اپنی زندگی سے مایوس ہو کر کہا: اب ہمارے لیے یہاں سے بچ نکلنا بہت مشکل ہے اگر اللہ تعالی ہی کوئی کرشمہ کر دے تو اور بات ہے، اس لیے جس نے بھی اپنی زندگی میں کوئی نیک کام صرف اور صرف اللہ کی رضا اور اس کی خوشنودی کے لیے کے کیا ہووہ اس کام کا واسطہ دے کر اللہ سے دعا کرے ہو سکتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالی ہماری دعا کو قبول کر کے ہمیں اس مصیبت سے چھٹکارا دلا دیں۔, وہ تینوں آدمی اپنے اپنے اعمال کا جائزہ لینے لگے، تھوڑی دیر کے بعد ان میں سے ایک آدمی نے بولنا شروع کیا کہ میرے بوڑھے ماں باپ تھے، میں جنگل میں لکڑیاں کاٹ کاٹ کر ان کا اور اپنے بچوں کا پیٹ پالتا تھا، میرا یہ معمول تھا کہ بکریوں کا دودھ دوھ کر سب سے پہلے اپنے بوڑھے ماں باپ کو پلاتا تھا، اس کے بعد اپنے بچوں کو پلاتا تھا، کبھی ایسا نہیں ہوا کہ والدین سے پہلے میں نے بچوں کو کھلایا پلایا ہو۔, ایک بار ایسا ہوا کہ لکڑیوں کی تلاش میں میں بہت دور نکل گیا، اور گھر واپس ہوتے ہوتے بہت رات گزر گئی، میں نے جلدی جلدی دودھ دوھا، اور والدین کو پلانے کے لیے دودھ کا پیالہ لے کر ان کے پاس پہنچا، تو میں کیا دیکھتا ہوں کہ وہ دونوں سو چکے ہیں، اور میرے بچے بھوک کی وجہ سے بلبلا رہے تھے، اب میں شش وپنج میں پڑ گیا کہ خدایا میں کیا کروں والدین کوجگاؤں تو ان کی نیند خراب ہو، اور بچوں کا رونا دھونا بھی برداشت نہیں ہو رہا تھا، بہر حال اپنے دل کو مضبوط کرکے میں ہاتھ میں پیالہ لے کر والدین کے سرہانے کھڑا ہوگیا، اور ان کے جاگنے کا انتظار کرنے لگا، ادھر میرے بچوں بھوک کی وجہ سے برا حال تھا،بھوک کی شدت سے چیخ رہے تھے، ان کی چیخ پکار سن کر میرے ماں باپ جاگ گئے، میں نے جلدی سے ان کو دودھ پلایا وہ شکم سیر ہو گئے، اس کے بعد میں نے اپنے بچوں کو دودھ پلایا، ان کی بھی بھوک مٹ گئی اور وہ بھی سو گئے۔, یہ سب کچھ ہونے کے بعد اس آدمی نے کہا: اے اللہ اگر یہ کام میں نے تیری رضا اور خوشنودی کے لیے کیا ہو تو میری دعا قبول کر کے اس چٹان کی مصیبت سے ہمیں نجات دلا، اتنا کہنا تھا کہ چٹان تھوڑی کھسک گئی، اور غار کے اندر ہلکی ہلکی روشنی آنے لگی۔, اس کے بعد دوسرے شخص نے کہا: اے االلہ تو اچھی طرح جانتا ہے کہ میری ایک چچا زاد بہن تھی جس سے میں بہت محبت کرتا تھا، میں نے اس پر قابو پانے کی بہت کوشش کی، اور اس سے اپنی خواہش کا اظہار کرتا رہا لیکن ہر بار وہ باز رہی، اسی دوران ایک سال بہت سخت قحط پڑا، کھانے پینے کی ساری چیزیں ختم ہو گئیں، وہ بھی تنگ حالی سے مجبور ہو کر میرے پاس آئی تاکہ میں اس کی کچھ مدد کروں، میں نے اس ور ان کے جاگنے کا انتظار کرنے لگا، ادھر میرے بچوں بھوک کی وجہ سے برا حال تھا،بھوک کی شدت سے چیخ رہے تھے، ان کی چیخ پکار سن کر میرے ماں باپ جاگ گئے، میں نے جلدی سے ان کو دودھ پلایا وہ سے نا توڑ، اس کی بات سن کر میرے دل میں اللہ کا خوف پیدا ہوا، اور میں اپنے ارادے سے باز آگیا، اور وہاں سے چلا گیا، حالانکہ وہ مجھے سب سے زیادہ محبوب تھی، میں اس سے سچی محبت کرتا تھا، میں نے اس کو دیا لیکن ابھی بھی وہ غار سے نہیں نکل سکتے تھے۔, اب تیسرے شخص کی باری آئی اس نے کہا: اے اللہ جیسا کہ تو جانتا ہے کہ میں نے چند مزدوروں کو مزدوری پر رکھا تھا، میں ان سب کو وقت پر مزدوری دے دیتا تھا، ان میں سے ایک مزدور اپنی مزدوری چھوڑ کر چلا گیا تھا، کافی دن گزر گیا، وہ نہیں آیا، میں نے اس کی مزدوری کو کاروبار میں لگا،اللہ کی شان دیکھئے اس کاروبار میں بڑا نفع ہوا، کچھ سالوں کے بعد وہ آدمی اچانک میرے
